Black Tank ("we", "our", "the game") is a free-to-play online multiplayer tank game developed by Andrii Revenko, based in Ireland. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Connection data: temporary technical data required to maintain your real-time multiplayer connection (via Socket.io), such as your connection identifier. This data is not stored after you disconnect.

• Your IP address or precise location
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Payment or financial information
• Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Authenticate your account when you log in
• Save and restore your game progress between sessions
• Enable real-time multiplayer gameplay
• Maintain leaderboards and in-game rankings

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored in a database on our game server, which is hosted on Railway (a cloud hosting platform). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We recommend choosing a unique password for your game account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your nickname and game statistics (kills, rank) may be visible to other players within the game as part of normal gameplay (e.g., leaderboards, in-game name display).
